We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome throughout our weekend visit. The clean and well-maintained room perfectly suited our needs. Additionally, the hotel's location close to downtown was convenient, as we were able to easily access restaurants, shops, and other attractions in the area. The breakfast provided had a good variety of items and was a great way to start our mornings.

Having gluten free bread in the same container with the other breads was frustrating, because it was no longer gluten free after having come in contact with gluten containing items. What a waste.

The hotel had a great breakfast selection and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient to many local attractions and restaurants. the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows provided.
The pool area was closed during our stay and we were disappointed that we could not use it. , the housekeeping service was inconsistent, and we had to request towels a few times.

The staff did not provide a good experience in terms of hospitality. They didn't seem to care about the guests and were not very welcoming.
